Head Shave
A full head shave with hot towel prep and a straight razor finish — smooth, even, and gentle on sensitive scalps.
Yes — a barber can absolutely shave your head, and it's a full service here, not a quick pass with clippers. We start with the same hot towel prep as our straight-razor face shave, softening the scalp and hair before working the straight razor over the whole head in sections, following the natural direction hair grows to keep irritation to a minimum.
A head shave is a different job than a face shave — scalp skin is more sensitive in different ways, and the geometry of a round head means more careful angle changes than a jawline or neck. That's exactly why it's worth having someone experienced do it rather than fighting with a razor over your own scalp in a bathroom mirror. Done right, you get a smooth, even finish without the razor bumps that so often come from an at-home head shave.
If you're prone to ingrown hairs or razor bumps on your scalp (folliculitis), let us know before we start — we can adjust pressure, angle, and how close we go in sensitive spots to keep things comfortable.

Every Visit Includes
- Hot towel prep for the full scalp
- Straight razor shave, worked with the natural grain of hair growth
- Careful attention to the crown and back of the head where angles change
- Balm finish for a smooth, non-irritated result
Is This the Right Service?

- Guys maintaining a shaved-head look who want it done cleanly every 1–2 weeks
- Note: if you're prone to razor bumps or ingrown hairs on your scalp, mention it before we start
